I would need the absence duration (from a confirmed and approved absence record) to be updated on an element. Please let me know the procedure to accomplish this
I tried the following without much success
1. Created a non recurring element linked to all payrolls, attached it to an absence type
2. Created absence record for employee, duration is calculated upon entering start and end dates
3. Approve the above absence
4. Navigate to employee element entry - the above element is not assigned to employee.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
