We recently decommissioned 3 servers that were part of a cluster. The servers and their agents are gone.
From EM I removed the nodes from the cluster, removed the hosts and all of its objects.
One node is gone, two remain.
I have 'cluster databases' that show as status pending.
I have 2 agents that show as unreachable.
I've tried removing these every which way, but no luck. Any suggestions?
You can use the emcli delete_target command with the -delete_monitored_targets option to remove the agent and its monitored targets on a decommissioned host.
emcli delete_target -name=myhost.oracle.com:3872 -type=oracle_emd -delete_monitored_targets
See the following doc for more information on the command syntax:
You can also remove the agent from the console. You will need to remove all the non-host targets on the host, the host target, then the agent.
