I'm in the process of testing our Prosight 7.5 application with a new configuration that we are moving to
Windows 7, IE10, MsOffice 2013.
The only issue I have encountered is when you select a new item on a scorecard, form or dashboard,
You must hit the refresh button before the display changes to the new item you selected.
(Something that our users will not be happy about)
Does any one know a solution to this issue ?
See if the problem goes away if you run IE10 in compatibility mode. Look under the tools menu for setting this.
If so, you could add the following customHeader to the web config file under the prosight virtual directory.
<add name="X-UA-Compatible" value="IE=IE=EmulateIE7" />
Was able to try this yesterday. Did not resolve the issue.
Didn't have a browser mode called IE7 Standard ... just called Internet Explorer 7. Also tried Internet Explorer 8 which is what we are currently using in production with ProSight.
FYI ... not sure if this matters .. but we access our testing environment ( IE10 & Win7) thru Citrix session.
Any other ideas ?
There was an issue with IE10 not detecting a dropdownlist selection change. ProSight 7.5 is a DotNet 2.0 application.
Maybe this is the issue but I would have assumed that updates to the framework would have already fixed this.
