If there are no errors in the worker log files then what you did should be fine.
Just make sure you generate those reports later via adadmin with no issues.
This is what I found in the worker log
and I ran this process from the command line after sourcing the correct environment file.
/u01/prodapp/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/bin/rwconverter userid=APPS/<password> source=/u01/prodapp/apps/apps_st/appl/ben/12.0.0/reports/US/BENACTIV.rdf dest=/u01/prodapp/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/PROD/out/tmp001.rdf stype=rdffile dtype=rdffile overwrite=yes batch=yes compile_all=yes
/u01/prodapp/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/bin/rwconverter userid=APPS/<password> source=/u01/prodapp/apps/apps_st/appl/ben/12.0.0/reports/US/BENUAAUD.rdf dest=/u01/prodapp/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/PROD/out/tmp002.rdf stype=rdffile dtype=rdffile overwrite=yes batch=yes compile_all=yes
both the above gave me the same error as below
A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:
JRE version: 6.0_29-b11
You can ignore this error for now and continue with the patch then generate the reports via adadmin (as mentioned above).
Yes ...this is the correct answer
and I solved the issue by using adadmin and generating the BEN reports
