Are you sure this is an APEX question?
If LOGRADOURO, BAIRRO, etc are APEX items it may be best to use the built in $v to get their value. $v takes into account the different type of APEX items. The counter part is $s to set values
var b = $v("BAIRRO");
Now... because I don't see a page number on your items... are these Application Items? If so, what you're doing will not work like this because Application Items are not part of the client side page (the page HTML) only on session state.
Perhaps we need some more clarifications...
