    Error

    Bhumin Kamdar

      Hi ,

I have 64bit Windows 7 PC with 4 GB RAM and 500 GB Hard-Disk, On which i had installed the Oracle Endeca server 7.4.0 and the Oracle Endeca Studio 2.4 (OEID 2.4). It was running fine till last week. But from this week it fires an error while running Integrator Graph with the Record store. The Error is as below.

      Error :

There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue.

      # Native memory allocation (malloc) failed to allocate 126016 bytes for Chunk::new

      # An error report file with more information is saved as:

      # C:\Users\test\OracleDemo\UND\hs_err_pid6640.log

And the log file is as below

      # There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue.

      # Native memory allocation (malloc) failed to allocate 126016 bytes for Chunk::new

      # Possible reasons:

      #   The system is out of physical RAM or swap space

      #   In 32 bit mode, the process size limit was hit

      # Possible solutions:

      #   Reduce memory load on the system

      #   Increase physical memory or swap space

      #   Check if swap backing store is full

      #   Use 64 bit Java on a 64 bit OS

      #   Decrease Java heap size (-Xmx/-Xms)

      #   Decrease number of Java threads

      #   Decrease Java thread stack sizes (-Xss)

      Can anyone help me ????
