    upgrade Developer6i from Patch 16* to 19* and there are no active responsibilities when sysadmin logins

      My EBS version is 11.5.10.2 with applied "Simplified Chinese" language patch.

      OS /etc/redhat-release

      Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.4

       

       

      Now we want to upgrade Developer6i from Patch 16* to 19* following document ID ID 125767.1. Below is our upgrade processes.

      AND, when login  SYSADMIN, i got "There are no active responsibilities available" error. I checked it with the issue There are no active responsibilities available for this user 11i. But it's no use.
