We've updated the JDBC driver to 184.108.40.206 which means you'll need an 220.127.116.11 OCI driver now...which means you need to get at least an 18.104.22.168 Instant Client on your machine.
Thank you for the response.
I installed the 32 bit files from link http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/topics/winsoft-085727.html
Instant Client Package - Basic: All files required to run OCI, OCCI, and JDBC-OCI applications
Download instantclient-basic-nt-22.214.171.124.0.zip (51,149,941 bytes)
I don't see any difference in the error message.
I run sqldeveloper through a batch file. The batch file contains;
SET TNS_ADMIN=C:\Temp\oracle\instantclient_11_2\ADMIN (This .ora files tnsnames and sqlnet)
This is the detailed error messge.
java.lang.Error: Incompatible version of libocijdbc[Jdbc:112030, Jdbc-OCI:112020
at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method)
It's still loading your 126.96.36.199 drivers, Jdbc-OCI:112020
In your 188.8.131.52 install, find the ocijdbc11.dll and copy it to your sqldeveloper/bin directory - that should do it.
I'm getting the same message after copying ocijdbc11.dll to sqldeveloper\bin folder.
The version # of ocijdbc11.dll is 184.108.40.206 in instantclient-basic-nt-220.127.116.11.0.zip. Where can I find ocijdbc11.dll 18.104.22.168.0?
That's what the file version says for my copy as well.
Are you saying that didn't work?
Yes. That didn't work.
22.214.171.124 client x64

Please post the link to download 126.96.36.199 client x64.
