Is it possible because your server name is too long? (not sure)
BTW, have you get a chance to fix it? I run into something similar.
Please clarify me the following.
- You specified the login name as 'SADMIN'. Is this the login id, that you used for your Operating System? "Entered name account authentication gateway server name" expects you to enter the NT login, not the DB login.
- You may also expected to specify your network name, if your login id is specific to a network. e.g Oracle\Rajkumar assuming that Oracle is your network and Rajkumar is the user name.
- You may not expected to have the DSN created, as Gateway may not be interested in knowing which DB you are connected to. And you neither enter the 'DB name' anywhere in the 'Gateway Server Configuration', if my understanding is right.

Just FYI. I fixed the problem by re-installing the software. The issue that I encountered is that whe I was asked for passward of gateway user, only one input is displayed.
After re-installing the software, 2 input boxes are displayed, and that issue is then gone.
Is this a known issue?
I've encountered this behavior when Siebel install image was created with patch set in it. In this case first time you run the installer, version 18.104.22.168 is installed (you can see it in OUI). 22.214.171.124 configuration wizard has this issue with a single input line for password. To install patchset, you need to run the same installer once again.
