Please see the DDL generated from oracle data modeler from relational model.
There is no CHECK constraint name in the SQL. I have created a domain with Check_Constraint by using Tools->Domain Administration.
Kindly inform how to create this in the model..

idnumber VARCHAR2 (5 CHAR) ,
idarpt VARCHAR2 (5 CHAR)
You can add add a constraint name on the "Default and Constraint" page of the Properties dialog for the Column.
(You can invoke the Column Properties dialog either from the node for the Column in the Browser or from the Columns page in the Table Properties dialog.)
