i try to static files(css,JS) in apex repository..and calling from page level. but the images are not auto play! how can cal that i specified resource function in this place?

The help of the setting File URLs has the following note
Note: You do not need to include opening or closing script tags. Just write the URL.
On your page you have
The first file declaration is ok the second isn't
The script tags around the url for the second script are unnecessary and causes the file not to load.
Also there is already a jQuery loaded by APEX itself this is version 1.7.1. But since there is no minimal jquery version mentioned in the documentaion of jQuery booklet I wouldn't bother including a newer version.
Under the page setting Function and Global Variable Declaration you declare an anonymous function.
I think you want to run this code on page load.
The code should then be declared in the setting Execute when Page Loads
You initialize the booklet with #mybook3 but there is no element with the id mybook3 on the rendered page.
