Its in Hyperion Planning 126.96.36.199 for the entity dimension which is secured and new locations & entity members are updated frequently.
Web Form was designed to pick the inclusive descendants of selected Level1 members in page select section.
As the number of locations and Level 1 members are increasing , I have updated the Web form to pick Level 0 members using a custom attribute value (Att_Lev0) only which works good.
But I need to display the Level 1 members also , I have build one more attribute (Att_Lev1) to display Level1 members but the web form preview say's members not found or you don't have access to given combination.
If I select only the Att_Lev1 or Att_Lev0 it works fine, but if I select both then i get error.
Am I missing anything to get both Level1 and Level0 members?

Its working as expected, when it comes to attributes you can apply attributes at one level not at multiple levels.
Because attributes cant be associated at two levels, obviously you can't select them for two level. You need to look for another approach.

Thx for the quick response Rahul,
I understand that I can't assign the same attribute dimension members to different levels which is the Attribute assignment rule.
Looks like my web form errors out as it gives null member combination for Lev 0 and Lev1.
is there any other way to achieve this with out hard coding the actual entity members?
Is the level 1 attr also from the same dimension?
try creating another attr dim and then you'll be able to assign that to level1. (I'm not in front of a system to try this)
My Bad Raj, I didn't interpreted the contents of your post right. I am getting the same issue, Its not just about attributes, if you take one attribute type selection and one normal member you too will face this issue.
I have tested this is a migrated application too, Check this:
Error " You are trying to open the data form, but cannot because all of the required dimensions are not present" (Doc ID 1391082.1)
I am afraid I don't have the time to test and restart services, please have a look at this and see if that helps, if not then raise a SR with Oracle.

This Doc ID is for migrated application web form issue, mine is a different case.
Its like we can't use same attribute member for Lev0 and Lev1 , but if we create to different attribute dimensions for this then we can assign Lev0 and Lev1.
now that we have attribute dimension members separately, If I use them in Web form it error outs looks like above rule still holds.
Ok tested in 188.8.131.52 and it works fine
This is what I did in Sample Application
Added two attribute dimensions to Segments Level 0 and Level 1
Assigned these level 0 attributes to the below given members
AG - LVL1
IPOD304 - LVL0
It shows up correctly on the webform. First row is on LVL0 and second on LVL1 and webform shows correct results.
Not sure whether it is a version specific issue (I don't think it is). Can you pull both level 0 and level 1 attribute members and see if something is repeated. Also try testing with a smaller set.
Oh so you are trying to pull them in a single row.
Here is what Planning does when you try pull two attributes, it does an AND operation. So what it is telling is give me all members which are LVL1 and LVL0 (it returns none) and hence the error.
So it is not going to work for you on Page. But will work if they are in different rows.
I don't think you can drive the second form using the first one.
Maybe you can create one where the parents are in row and then make rest of the selection same as Form1 and perform a suppress missing on rows.
I don't think it'll work if parent is in POV.
