iStore Taking time to update section,Item,Custom Responsibilities

Hi,

 

We are facing the issues with Oracle iStore.Suppose we will create new section or update custom responsibility assigned to users or updating item price list,In all scenarios iStore is taking time to update the effect.

The updates are reflecting only after bouncing the Apache middle tier or iStore coming to idle Stage(No Sessions).

For this issue we have all ready raised one SR also.From  last two month onwards we are follow up with that SR also.As the issue comes in our production instance .So we have not able to create log file every time to upload in to Oracle Support.So any guide us how to figure out this issue.

 

There is no issues in our Test/Dev instance.
