You can Ignore this warning. (it's not a error, as you mentioned)
The Oracle Linux ASMLib is composed of two pieces. The first piece is the actual ASMLib library. This is a userspace library loaded by Oracle at Oracle startup.
The second is a kernel driver that is loaded into the OS kernel at system boot.
You are using /dev/oracleasm/disks, then you won't use ASMLIB, but access the disks via normal O/S system calls (i.e Not using ASMLIb Userspace).
Cluvfy utility is considering that you are using UDEV (which depend on of UUIDs to work), because you are using PATH (/dev/oracleasm/disk/) instead ASMLib (ORCL:*).
You can simple ignore this warning or use ASMLib (ORCL:*) then this warning will not shown.
Thanks for the reply.
I am using ASMLib (ORCL:*) and getting that warning. I admit that it is just a warning and we can ignore this, but if I ignore and move forward then there are issues in storing the OCR file to ASM. Then GI installation fails of second node (Failed to install GI 12c on node2).
