This just happened again today.
Clearly something wrong somewhere.
And it's not on my end, I get the same response on my desktop (Win 7, Firefox), laptop (Win 7, IE), and iPhone (Safari).
After x number of attempts my account was locked (I submitted the form and someone apparently has unlocked it).
Are all you devices connecting to the same network or gateway to access the Internet?
Hmmm...not sure. For today's error, the devices were definitely all on the same network (my home network, and there was no other activity).
I'm not sure about Saturday though.
Perhaps you have a DNS issue, or some network cable or device is broken causing the loss of data packets. I've seen issues like that also with network switches that have ports set to fixed rather than standard auto-negotiate, depending on what plugged in devices require.
