If they were configured, did you configure the foundation web server as the last stage? If so do you see any of the Reporting and Analysis components when you go to workspace > administer > workspace server settings > enabled products.
Not to Hijack, but I'm actually seeing the exact situaltion in my distributed 184.108.40.206 install. I don't find any errors and have created a case for it (unanswered thus far). To answer the question with my install, I too configured FR and ran the Web Server config in foundation. In Workspace server settings, FR is available and checked. I tried unchecking, rechecking and rebooting both Foundation and reporting servers with a complete Environment restart... still that same as the above user... I thought about redeplying the web app, but didn't want to break it further...
I worked through this issue with my servers. In my case, the original install on the Reporting server had not installed all of the jar files for the RAFramework Web Server. I reinstalled the webserver, removed the the deployed applications from that server in weblogic admin, then redeplyed all of the web applications and it solved the issue. I hope that helps you.
