Indeed, I the error message: Essbase is already loaded
What it means:
- Is it because my Essbase1 server is started? but the two servers do not have the same process id number.
- Is that before I start my server Essbase2 Essbase1 must stop the Server? in my opinion not necessary.
On my server essbase2 when i type opmnctl status, the status is down
It is difficult to tell what is going out without seeing the configuration but is the Essbase process definitely stopped on Node1 before starting Node2, is there definitely no Essbase processes runnining on Node 2 check in Task Manager.
Personally I wouldnt be using OPMN clustering for Essbase on windows due to performance implications.
Yes indeed it is difficult
Here is the config that I followed, except that I am in Windows 2008 X64
I have not applied the part <topology> node list... </ topology> page fifty
So the Essbase1 started without problem.
but when do I start the Essbase 2 I the error message
