I am stucked with this duplicate session getting kicked off in production since last monday.
Problem is i have one agent & on e schedule for daily 1 am refresh.
So accordingly agent should start only one session at 1 am.
Bt in my case it is starting two session at 1am.
i want to know from where this second (duplicate) session is being kicked off.
I tried looking into SNP_PLAN_AGENT.
There i can see only one schedule.
Also i deleted the 1am schedule then stopped the agent then restarted the agent & recreated altogether a new schedule
...but still agent is kicking off the two session at a time.
Can any one ans this ASAP...very critical
yes i checked all my rep, dev, qua & PROD through SNP_PLAN_AGENT. In dev repo i found 1 schedule pointing to prod & it was also scheduled to 1 am. But then i deleted that schedule from dev from ODI studio. Then i updated both the prod & DEV agent. Then again i looked into SNP_PLAN_AGENt in dev work repo. I found this table empty in dev work repo.
Here is my result for production work repo for SNP_PLAN_AGENT.
Whatever DecaXD has suggested, I guess that would be the same answer from my side aswell. Please talk with support people on this.
Also if you have multiple user in your environment, you can track it by looking into snp_session table ( for first_user and last_user). This is just a way to track how is this session getting kicked of automatically even if its not avaiable in snp_plan_agent table. Make sure you are updating the correct local/java ee agent.
when i click on view schedule i am not able to see anything..may be because my next schedule is for tomorrow 1am and ODI displays schedule between next two hours only .
but from this how can i track how is this session getting kicked of automatically even if its not available in snp_plan_agent table.
Also i am sure that updating correct agent . i have update my agent many times after this issue
