I have four servers in a production enviroment, two of them are Fujitsu (oracle cluster 3.2), while the older ones are two sun fire v490 (oracle cluster 3.2). I need to move the boot disks from the internal one to storage area network, and I was wondering to do it with a live upgrade procedure. My problem here is that I'm not so sure that the v490 could boot from SAN.
Is there any howto/matrix compatibility I can use to be sure of it?
v490 can boot from SAN for Solaris 10 ( and above) and FC card 4Gb/s and above.
