    Oracle Forms - Object Identification Issue

    POPS.

      Hi All,

      I’m automating Oracle Forms using OATS (12.2).

      In case of following objects, OATS is not capturing the attributes.

      ·         forms:choiceBox,

      ·         forms:alertDialog,

      ·         forms:listOfValues

      By default OATS is recording as follows:

      forms.choiceBox(37, "//forms:choiceBox").clickButton("OK");
      forms.alertDialog(41, "//forms:alertDialog").clickNo();
      forms.listOfValues(72, "//forms:listOfValues").select("Oracle");

      Actually I’m expecting code like below:

      forms.choiceBox(37, "//forms:choiceBox [(@title= ‘Error’)]").clickButton("OK");

      forms.alertDialog(41, "//forms:alertDialog [(@title= ‘Forms' )]").clickNo();

      forms.listOfValues(72, "//forms:listOfValues[(@title= ‘Profiles')]").select("Oracle");

      So i have added these objects  (above said objects are not there by default ) and title attribute in Object Identification (view->OpenScript Preferences ->Record->Oracle EBS/Forms Functional ->Object Identification tab), but still no use.

      Please suggest me on this.

      Thanks
