I still have the same problem and I have installed the RDF plugin. Can anyone be a bit more specific about the plugin? include a link to download it perhaps? also I have the plugin in the plugins directory under the following "edu.stanford.smi.protegex.rdf-backend" is this correct? Any help on the subject is greatly appreciated. I am using Protege 3.1.1 with jdk 5.0

When we tried to export a project from Protege to the Oracle RDF Store we got the following errors:
INFO: Load time for file:\D:\Program%20Files\Protege_3.1\examples\rdf\MotorVehic
le.pprj = 2 sec (project) + 3 sec (ui)
In saveKnowledgeBase 1
java.sql.SQLException: Io exception: Bad packet type
We sure that we have right plugins and made the true CLASSPATH settings.
Any solution for it?
I am a beginner for oracle. I have created an ontology with Protege OWL3.4.1 and I have installed plugins for oracle connection. When I start Protege 3.4.1, I can not see rdf/owl database project but when I create a new project then it asks if i want to create and rdf/owl database. I guess it is a right installation is'nt it?
Beside that it asks some information about the database, when I create a new rdf/owl database project, which I can not understand. The info requested:
JDBC Driver Class Name: com.mysql.jdbc.Driver (this is by default)
Table: ProtegeTable (by default)
JDBV URL: jdbc:mysql://localhost/protege (by default)
Warning: Driver Class not found
Can anyone please guide me how to make this configuration for my oracle 11g database which is on a virtual server?
Hi, this question relates to this discussion thread.
Now I have the plugin working, however when I create a OWL project exported to my Oracle model, I try to retrieve it again using Protégé and the result is a set of classes that have nothing to do with what I put into the model, eg :
Could you explain what I'm doing wrong?
