It clearly says that account is locked.
Connect to the database and see the status
select username,account_status from DBA_USERS;
Do let us know the outcome.
Mark if helps.
Try to fix the db account with lock and that would resolve 1st error too
Find which accounts are locked with the following query.
SQL >select username,account_status from dba_users where account_status like '%LOCK%';
Unlock the user with the following command.
SQL > alter user <UserID> account unlock;

i checked database and its connected
Paste the status here by running the above command in oracle.
