Can Oracle Enterprise Manger 12c be used to monitor/administer Oracle 11g XE instances?

I can't *think* of any reason why one could not use the grid, the dbsnmp account may need some attention, and possibly the out-of-the-box 11g agent probably needs to be disabled if the XE host is Windows, or might even have to be removed.

We've set up a 12c agent on a host with databases that were already in a 10g OMS, there is some interference between different agents pointed to different OMSs but that would be for a different problem (and forum too )
