OSDDM: Format of a Note is not re-applied when re-open design

Using Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler 3.3. (The release version, i.e. Version 3.3.0.747)

      - Create a logical and relational design.
      - Create a NOTE in the "main" design/view of each. Format with non-default colours/fonts. (Do NOT tick the "Apply to this view only" tick-box.)
      - In each of these create a sub-view.
      - In each sub-view, create a NOTE. Format with non-default colours/fonts. (Do NOT tick the "Apply to this view only" tick-box.)

      Save the design.
      Close the design.

      Re-open the design.
If not shown, show the logical/relational "main" views and sub-views.

-> Notice that in main view the NOTEs have the non-default formatting applied.
-> Notice that in sub-views the NOTEs are formatted with default formatting.
---> If you re-open the format dialog, you see that the non-default formatting was saved/remembered and re-loaded, but not applied to the Note.

==> also notice that the "Apply to this view only" tick box is now ticked, even though you did not tick it.

===> This is true for the Note in ANY view, whether main or sub-view...the "Apply to this view only" tick box is now ticked, even though you did not tick it

(This was tested in both 32-bit & 64-bit version.)
