Relink of module "adadmin" failed.

Dear Experts,

Kindly note that Am In a process of doing the upgrade from R12.1.1 to R12.1.3. While applying the patch 9239089 I have noticed the adrelnking error.

My Operating system is Redhat Linux 6 update 4 & it is x86-64bit OS. Could you please go through the below error and advise me ASAP.

    After following the action plan i am getting the below error.

    Error while executing the below script.

     

    $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/clone/adlnktools.

     

    Error while running adlnktools.sh.

    What's the action plan you followed? Was the patch installed? Did you run the ln commands after copying the files from the patch and run adlnktools.sh script?
