    SOA interview Question


      I applied for a position of Support Analyst and recruiter asked me a question to answer:
      Q) - A customer that company has a support agreement with calls with a problem in integration layer, however, you have not been alerted to problem by system.

        How would you handle this call and what actions would you take?

      Anyone has any Idea how to answer this question
