This is possible however you have to ensure that you use a corresponding different schema for the all the required SOA schemas, however a better approach would be to have a separate DB Installation on a different box so that your log or trace files do not overlap.
All your questions are achieveable. While you deploy you can select the partition where you want deploy to.
Refering the composite to different sevices will have the partition name where they are refereing to.

What I want to know is exactly how to deploy SOA bundle in a specific MDS which is not mds-soa which is generated as default.
Yes I can select the partition but it seems not to mean to deploy the SOA bundle into the specific repository which I added.

"There is no way to have the mds shared across multiple Soa domains. You would have to maintain separate but equal copies of mds (I am talking of just metadata like xsd/wsdl, not composites)."
