    EJB remote invocation throught @EJB

    Kronos72it

      Hi , I  am investigating some aspects of EJB and I am asking to my self if it si possible to use @EJB to get a reference to remote EJB , EE6 tutorial states :

      To obtain a reference to the remote business interface of an enterprise bean through

      dependency injection, use the javax.ejb.EJB annotation and specify the enterprise bean's

      remote business interface name.

      @EJB

      Example example;

      but I think that to use this code in a standalone client something must be added , for example the host and port of remote server or other ? how can a client out of server jvm to know details of ejb container ???

      thanks
