Unable to start rwbuilder in Oracle Forms and Reports 11.1.2

Hi,

I have installed Oracle Forms and reports(11.1.2.1.0) with Oracle Weblogic wls 10.3.6 on Linux 2.6.32-358.el6.x86_64. I am using jdk1.6.0_45. I have successfully installed all of the above and in the enterprise manager console I can also see all services running: In Process Reports server status : running on port 9001.

I am also able to run an already existing report as below:

http://localhost:9001/reports/rwservlet/...<parameters here>

However, when I try to execute rwbuilder.sh file to load the report builder I get the following error :

$ ./rwbuilder.sh

Exception logged at :Mon Aug 19 01:45:50 EDT 2013

XML Parse exception :Element 'namingService' not expected.

At Line :8 :Column :72

---------- End Of message -----------

My Runtime_Diagnostic.log displays the following error:

[2013-08-19T01:45:50.181-04:00] [reports] [INCIDENT_ERROR] [REP-50125] [oracle.reports.runtime] [tid: 10] [ecid: 0000K2L6twCFw000jzwkno1I4R4E000000,0] REP-50125 : An internal exception occurred: oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLParseException: Element 'namingService' not expected..  [[

I am not sure what went wrong? I have tried looking for all occurances of REP-50125 errors on the web but none of them seem to be relevant. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
