My P6 help link is not working in help menu.
P6 Library and Support link are working.
As suggested in another discussion i tried to update link in Admin>Application setting and restarted weblogic, But system is still taking some other link than i defined in application setting.
Can anybody help?
We worked on this issue ,
In the P6 EPPM Admin application in the corresponding configuration, In P6 Help url we have modified the url from http://hostname:8203/p6help/help to http://hostname:8203/p6help/ and we restarted the P6 server in weblogic console.
Then everything fine now,
I changed link in Admin >Application Setting and selecting General tab i can see online help url - http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E35157_01/client_help/ .
I changed this url as above and restarted weblogic services but still it is not working (P6 Help).
Am i doing correct or is there any other setting i need to do?
Sorry after long time to response.
I had installed P6Help and in Deployment it is active.
But main thing is that even after changing URL and restarting weblogic, system is still taking previous link and it it not working.
If i change the link manually then still it is not working.
I am using P6 8.3.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
