That should be from the server hosting eQuestionnaire.
Check the environmentvariables.config Prodika.AllowedHosts config setting and the Prodika.From.EmailAddress there
Also, have you checked Event Logs for any errors or notifications?
Im sorry in Production where it stopped working is still 18.104.22.168, so there is no Prodika.AllowedHosts config setting.
In QA where it is working is 22.214.171.124.
Im stumped as to why it stopped working in Production as of a couple of weeks ago. Ive had a few users find the return emails they have gotten in the past to verify it was working.
Sorry, the config I meant was Prodika.EmailDomainFilters
Ron, we had to reboot the Supplier Portal server. Then the emails started working again. So it was probably active directory or a group policy change i guess.
