You can try the following
Use the below query to check status of the target delete
select * from mgmt_targets_delete
where delete_complete_time is null;
You can use the following to force the delete of the database targets
That table is empty ... could it be a bug?

Do you see the target in OEM?
Yes, is Up but with "Metric collection error". I can even check the performance of it ( using "Performance Home").
Are there any other targets on the host having issues
Try doing a clear state of the agent
$AGENT_HOME/bin/emctl clearstate agent
There are 8 targets, all working ok (except this one).

I even tried to resync/resecure/stop-start the agent without sucess.
have you tried to remove the target and add the target back into OEM?
I was hoping to avoid it... but i guess it's the only way to solve the problem. I'll try a few things more and them i will remove it. Thanks
