ORACLE RAC on ZFS7320C without Ethernet switches

      Hello Team,

I would like to use two T4-1 servers run ORACLE RAC 11gR2, using one ZFS7320C (dual controller) as storage, using dNFS as a direct-connect, without any Ethernet Switch. The idea is to use HCC on the DB and avoid having networking people involved, since they will delayed the project a lot.

      My questions are:

1- If a controller of the ZFS7320C fails, will the remaining controller import the IP address of the failed one ?

2- Will ORACLE RAC keep working with the 50 seconds delay for the ZFS controller fail-over ?

3- Will ORACLE RAC "known" how to use a different Ethernet port to reach the dNFS volumes ?

      Thanks in advance.
