On "Region Definition", there's its "Source" item. In there, you'll find something like

I set its height to a value contained in P81_REGION_HEIGHT item. Note the way I did that: ampersand (&) followed by item name followed by a dot (.), all enclosed within double quotes. So, once again:

I need to change chart type also regarding of value in item, for example to set up 2D line even there is 3D column in property of chart.
