Did you change your email address that you log in with?
That's been known in the past to create a new account and leave the old one orphaned. You'll have to identify what your old account is and notify the OTN team via email with all the details of the two accounts.

So, you didn't do anything to your account and all your history etc. just disappeared?
As I say, the only time I've seen that happen is when someone tried to update their email address and admin are the ones who can try and fix it.
Email them, as I indicated already.
The moderators here cannot do anything.
I found out even my replies are missing in threads.

Everything seems to be a mystery.
The email address that the account you started this thread with and the account used in the thread you listed are two different emails. So you had to have changed your email in Profile recently.
We'll have to do an account swap, but with internal systems freezes, it may be a couple weeks

But i am using the same login credentials from the beginning, never changed it.
Could you please tell me what are those two emails that are used in my case.
I have done some certifications and it is displayed in certview now. When account swap happens will that information disappear?
