    FDM to HFM export

    user1739100

      Hi,

The current logic what we have is to pass Zero$ to FDM during import stage if the prior load had non-zero and the current load has zero(no data coming for certain accouts from Oracle).

Need help on how to enhance this logic to ensure non-zero value in the prior load was actually loaded into HFM.

      Thanks.

Are you doing the load as a Merge or Replace to HFM?

If you take the .dat file generated by FDM in the outbox and manually load it to HFM using the same load method as you select in FDM, does it load in the same manner?

            Hi JEffJon,

Its Replace .We dont manually load data .Its automated .But in case the data load fails at FDM we want to ensure if the prior load was actually loaded to HFM.Just want to know what are the tables in HFM that we can check for amounts loaded from FDM .

            Thanks in advance.

The amounts in HFM are not going to be marked as loaded by FDM, they are just going to show as loaded by the user who performed the load, just as if you were to load the data manually into HFM.

Are you just looking for the tablename in HFM that stores the data?

If so, you may want to post this to the HFM Forum.

The amounts are stored in different tables in HFM.  You may want to post to the HFM Forum for a response on what tables store the amounts of the GL data that is loaded.
