Set enviormental variables. EM need a listener in order to funcion. So start the listener by lsnrctl start command. Tns is not needed if you connect as local user like sqlplus / as sysdba

How are you trying to connect to the instance. Can you post your conection string? Is the instance up and running?

The problem may stand that service is not register with listener. Connect to your instance as sysdba and register it by alter system register command.

Can you copy the content of sqlnet.ora and add in tnslistener.ora and listener.ora.... ( Note:- Take backup of files before modifications)

Looks like listener is pointing to other path ...Also can you check environment variables..i guess we will get some clue there.

    Cheers!
