Currently I am creating some custom calculations against an ASO cube in Calc Manager on version 184.108.40.206.
I have created the variable &calcperiod = 2013-07 in Essbase (EAS).
I then add my variable into the calculation in Calc Manager and it seem to be have issues recognising the value being set. It seems to only pickup 2013 and removes the -07.
I tried it with an underscore and a space and it still had the same issue. However if I used 201307 for example it would be fine.
The Essbase variable is used in other area (MaxL, Financial Reports) and it seem to be OK. Only it Calculation Manager is where it is having issues.
Has anyone else notice or experience this issue or have any ideas? I don't want to use Runtime prompts that is avaliable through calculation manager and this is more of a global variable than a rule specific one. Hopefully this isn't just a bug in Calculation Manager.
