this happens when you are running a heavy report on the server1 person found this helpful
for this you need to increase the CACHE size in your application server.
Could you please let me know in which file, i need to make this CACHE changes?

Not positively confident but as far as i know it's windows issue try to increase the cash size from the control panel > etc.

It does not work in any environment. I dont think it is a individual windows issue that causes crashes to the Reports Engine
There are literally thousands of causes why a reports engine can (and will) crash. To identify what's really causing you troubles you need to trace the reports server. Search after trace_opts in your reports server config, and enable it. Then rerun the report and take a look at the tracefiles.
also patching your system to the latest patches is highly recommended.
