We have a current web application that contains a table full of transactions. Some of them need to have letters generated. We are interested in being able to have off-shore users right-click one of the transactions and pull up the WIP Edit plugin, having the user populate the form, then submitting it. Once it is submitted, it would go to Documaker Interactive for approval by onshore resources.
Does anyone have experience with drafting documents outside of Interactive, or does anyone know if it's possible, or have any ideas about how we could accomplish this?

Late to the game on this...but are you simply trying to utilize WIPEdit outside of the "canned" interactive suite to facilitate workflow and interactive publishing? If so...then the answer is yes...but the devil is in the details (how to setup/integrate WIPEdit with YOUR application framework).
