Require steps to configure the search engine for Knowledge application. I've followed the steps provided in the Oracle document "ATGServiceInstallGuide" for ATG 10.1.2 in the section "4 Using Search with ATG Service"
I've set the hostname and RMI port as "localhost" and 8864. And in BCC running on Publishing server, I've set the hostname and port of agent server on which the service center is running.
Still am facing an error while performing any action in Knowledge screen. Please help me finding the root cause or steps to resolve it. Bellow is the exception
A search exception occurred while paging the search results. atg.search.routing.RoutingSearchException: Fatal merge error: unable to merge responses: no parsable errors or responses.
