You will need a query that will return a row for each cell you want filled in the calendar. One way to do this is to use a row generator, so if 500 days the maximum length for a holiday and tab is your table then use a query like
select from_date + n date_column from tab, , (select rownum-1 n from dual connect by rownum <= 500) rowgen where person = :P1_person and n <= to_date - from_date
I was able to fix this by writing SQL code for the same.
I made entries for each date of that date range and picked each value and displayed it on the particular date.

I created an application using Apex. It is a calendar application to show events that are happening. I ran into an issue with it
If there is an event that occurs during an interval like August15 - August22, the event is shown only on August15, which is the first day of the event. I would like to show it in all days from August15-22.
