Have you started the EBS application,can you please confirm:
If not, please follow below link:
- start DB listener
- start DB
- start Application Services.
- stop Application Services.
- stop DB
- stop DB listener.
If you have done this, ensure to check the apache, application and DB log files
i am trying to open the application next morning it is giving HTTP 500 internal server error
Can you confirm whether the services are up???
