The focus of this forum and the team moderating it (the Developer Relations team) is on development issues, not install questions. That said, I'll try to find answer for you. But you might also want to submit a service request with Oracle Support for this issue.

Thanks Oliver, I'll raise SR (which at times is not very useful and hence I prefer community).
Is there any plan to start a workspace (sub group) with in Fusion Applications to cover installation issues ?
Installation documents (based on emails I receive) is not very well written and there are gaps and issues and there is no way (apart from SR) to feed it back which is not feasible for independent contractors like me working on Fusion Apps.
