The Order is present in system which we are using and a/c number is also correct.

Please confirm the person trying to register was the Customer Contact (Sold-To-Contact) on an existing sales order.
iStore 'Need Online Access Registration for B2B' validates and then creates the username for the contact mentioned in 'Customer Contact' (Sold_to_Contact).
Hence, this information has to be provided when an order is placed.
You can use the following query to check -

Yes. The person is customer made in Order Management already. Orders are also present in system for this customer.
Now if we want to register such user we will select option "Registration for User of an Existing Company" right???
The "Registration for User of an Existing Company" is for a user that has a relationship (ie Contact Of or Employee Of) with a company (Organization).
