We want to disable the user's ability to personalize in the spaces environment.
Here are the requirements:
1. User should not be able to personalize any page in any space (home or group).
2. Administrators shouldn't be able to see the Personalize menu in the admin console.
3. User shouldn't be able to create any personal pages.
Our initial thought was to do taskflow customizations and disable some links so that no one could access the taskflows/actions.
However to make it completely secure, we also want to disable it from a security perspective.
What are the security policies which we need to disable/modify in the webcenter application to achieve this?
Thanks for the reply.
I already went through the documents.
With permission modifications, you can restrict the user from personalizing anything on pages or to create new personalized pages.
With the default spaces page template, in the spacesnavigation taskflow there is a gearbox(menubar) which has a personalize option.
This menu option is still there even if you revoke the permissions.
Its a spaces specific taskflow and so not exposed in the design time customizations.
How to do make that disappear?
Thanks in advance
