RMAN Recovery Help

Hi,

     Iam new to RAM Backup and Recovery

     Currently my HDD Faile and i try restore backup it gives me error hear i give the detail below

 

     Oracle 10gXE 10.2.0

     Upgrade to APEX Ver 3.2

 

    After Reinstall 10gXE 10.2.0 ., I try to restore old backup it give me error please help ,me

Error log is below
