My guess is that the first 2 are the controlfiles, The last 2 are db backups, the 3rd is the spfile, What is the fourth?
Thanks a lot,

I guess it is archielog backup.
Please post the output of rman backup cmd or rman list backup cmd.
But why does it put in backupset when there is directory "ARC" for archivelogs?
I can see it in the log also:
Starting backup at 23-SEP-13
current log archived
using target database control file instead of recovery catalog
allocated channel: ORA_DISK_1
channel ORA_DISK_1: SID=70 device type=DISK

So it is the currentlog, and it is place along with the dbf datba backupset.
Ok it clear now
you may ignore snapshot controlfile.
I think it is not necessary to backup controlfile for standby. it is DataGuard controlfile.
when recovering from disaster,
if controlfile is not broken, you do not restore controlfile.
if controlfile is broken, you restore backup controlfile.
We have dataguard also Does it mean if I restore incremental backup to our standby db (just to resolve gaps) , I can use the backup controlfile instead of the standby controlfile?
It corrects about the following.
> I guess it is archielog backup.
when rman backup system tablespace, controlfile and spfile are backed up automatically.
the fourth is this backup.
I guess as follows.
o1_mf_ncnnf_・・・ is controlfile backup
o1_mf_nnndf_・・・ is datafile backup
o1_mf_annnn_・・・ is archivelog backup
o1_mf_ncsnf_・・・ is controlfile/spfile autobackup when rman backup system tablespace
