Tabular Form, Add Row, Enter Key

I have a tabular form.  The user has to enter many items; sometimes one, sometimes thirty. There is one field displaying in the report, i.e. 11111 22222 33333 ... By default one can enter an item using the ten-key number pad, hit TAB and jump to the Add Row button, hit ENTER and a new row is created.  But the cursor has moved to somewhere else in the form.  I'd like to set it so the Add Row button sets the cursor in the new row of the tabular form so that the user can quickly add multiple numbers without having to use the mouse to click in each new field. Thanks in advance...

Also, is there anyway to notify if the user enters a duplicate number?
