I couldn't exactly get what you are referring to.
Can you explain with an example of your situation.
If you set your page zero items once, they will exist as long as the session is there.
Sorry if I was vague.
What I mean is that regions, lists and other objects on my page zero, are re-rendered from scratch when each application page is displayed, rather than being retrieved from cache as some of the regions on my home page and other pages are, whenever possible.
As the list and other objects are rendered either using pl/sql or from shared components.
In this case it gets them from server cache but not from browser cache. As an end user I can manipulate DOM objects.
